Chess Club to meet on Nov. 30

According to Chess Club sponsor Margaret Winans, Chess Club will meet on Nov. 30 after school in Room F103. As always, late bus passes will be provided.

According Joe Philleo, club sponsor and senior, the club is currently working on getting T-shirts and locker signs. He said this will hopefully be done before the end of first semester.

Chess Club continues to grow and invites more members to attend the meetings.

“As a leader of Chess Club, my goal is to make chess as engaging as possible and get new boards to meet up the large amount of newcomers,” Philleo said.
