Senior Jacqueline “Jackie” Reissig’s obituary as submitted by Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Centers:

Jacqueline J. Reissig, 18, Carmel, passed away April 2, 2016. She was born March 11, 1998, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Jeffery and Anna (Ogden) Reissig.

Jacqueline Jay Reissig was a free spirit with a beautiful soul. Jackie was a great friend and a loving daughter that could cheer anyone up with her beautiful smile. She enjoyed being around people and experiencing happiness. She was determined, assertive, and undeniably loyal to the ones she cared about, and never judged anyone for anything and made sure people were comfortable. She loved to have fun, but also loved being in her pajamas, while watching movies. She could make you laugh until your stomach hurt and anyone who had the privilege of knowing her were the luckiest people in the world to have such an amazing friend. Jackie had a good heart and was so elegant and will never be forgotten.

Jackie was a senior at Carmel High School. She was a talented artist, loved taking pictures, and enjoyed going to concerts with friends.

She is survived by her parents, Jeffery and Anna Reissig; and her four siblings, Jenna Reissig, Harley Chambers, Michael Mina, Dominic Mina. She is survived by Grandpa George Drewyor, and Grandmother Gloria Odgen. Numerous Aunts and Uncles; Philip and Jan Reissig, Paul and Janet Reissig. She was preceded in passing by Grandma Darlene Reissig Drewyor, Grandparents Jake and Ayako Reissig, and Grandfather James Ogden.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2016, at Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive.
