On Tuesday, the Carmel Clay Public Library will be partnering with Smart College Selection to present Finding your College Fit. The program will run from 7 to 8 p.m. in the program room at the library. It will focus on learning the fundamentals of finding a college that is the best fit. Finding your College Fit will be available to parents and students of high school freshman, sophomores and juniors. Michael Cherry, young adult librarian at the Carmel Clay Public Library, said he believes the event will be a good program for the community to attend.
“I think Finding your College Fit is a good program to go to because it is kind of like finding a job along with college, finding a place you are comfortable in,” Cherry said.
Abby Carmichael, Teen Library Council president and senior, said she agrees.
“Just like most events at the library this one will be a huge benefit for people in the community to come out to and learn a few things,” she said. By Adam Spensley
