Accents and Ambassadors, along with all other choirs, are preparing for the choral spring concert, which is their last concert of the year. It is scheduled to be at 7:30 p.m. on May 15 in the Dale E. Graham Auditorium.
According to choir director Lamonte Kuskye, the choirs are working hard and practicing during class.
Ambassador and senior Sarah Walker said she can’t wait for the last performance of the year.
“I’ve been in choir all four years of high school and it’s been quite an experience for me,” she said. “I think everyone is looking forward to, (yet dreading) the last performance we’ll have together. This concert we are doing “Baba Yetu” and “Skip to My Lou.” We are also doing “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” which is the song they do every year and the alumni come on stage and sing it with us.”
