According to choral director Ann Conrad, Ambassadors and Accents will compete in their third and final competition of the show choir season at Wapakoneta High School in Wapakoneta, OH on March 23.

Ambassadors and Accents will also host Concert for the Community on March 20 in the Dale E. Graham Auditorium at 7:30 p.m., according to Conrad. At this concert, both choirs will perform their competition sets and a few songs from the fall.

Sophia Yin, Accents member and junior, said, “School trips are always really fun, and even though they are going to be exhausting because they’re literally 24 hours, it’s going to be a lot of fun because I love everyone in Accents.”

“The journey is sometimes more important than the destination … if (high ranking) doesn’t happen, that wouldn’t mean there is any sort of failure involved with this season,” Conrad said. “It’s been a really interesting year for us, and I think we’ve learned a lot of life lessons as a group, so to me, that’s the most important thing.”
