House will host their annual Chick-fil-A fundraiser on Feb. 6 and 7 from 4-10 p.m. 20 percent of the funds will go directly to Carmel’s Dance Marathon.
Cabinet member and senior Mary McDermott said, “I love Chick-fil-A, and now we have two nights of it, which we haven’t always had. I’m about to eat so many chicken sandwiches.”
According to McDermott, Comedy Sportz will host a show during SRT on Feb. 6, and the proceeds from tickets will go to Riley Children’s Hospital. House members can receive points for going to either of these events.
The last major House event before Dance Marathon is the Great Gatsby dance on Feb. 7 in the fieldhouse after the basketball game until 11 p.m.
House sponsor Sarah Wolff said, “It’s for charity, for a good cause, and that’s what we’re about. Helping other people and having a good time.”
