CHTV sponsor Courtney Qualls said the CHTV students will have a chance to work with a variety of new equipment this quarter.
“We have started using a green screen with our news segments,” Qualls said. “We also ordered new equipment, but it hasn’t come in yet.”
According to Jake Combes, CHTV member and senior, the students hope to increase the quality of their programming with new tools. While some of their past equipment broke, he said more items were ordered because they would be of better quality.
“We got new microphones, and those will hopefully get us better sound,” Combes said. “We also have new headsets, and they should help us communicate.”
