Hip Hop Club is beginning to get in routine for the 2014-2015 school year. The club had one meeting and has already started their weekly meetings.

Nicole Laughrey, sponsor of Hip Hop Club, encourages students to attend the meetings. “It is an incredibly fun club with a ton of nice people involved,” Laughrey said. “It is also a great stress reliever for students who love dancing.” The club meets every Tuesday until 4:15 p.m. in the commons.

Kenny Lin, Hip Hop Club co-president and senior, also encourages students to attend the club. “It’s a community where like-minded individuals support each other and share ideas,” Lin said. The club is currently working on implementing more structure in the way it operates. Lin said students will see the return of events like ‘Awakening’ and more battles in the coming year.

Students who require late bus passes will be able to attain them at the meeting.
