Speech team’s season ended on at March 28 at the state competition. The team finished strong and does not plan to meet again until next year according to club sponsor Jacleen Joiner.

“I am so proud of the team. They really showed what it meant to be a Greyhound. I just hope I am as lucky to have such a great group next year,” Joiner said.
Freshman Hannah Paul like many of the other participants, is very proud of the group and is excited for next year’s competition.
“Speech team isn’t just a club to me, I feel like I’ve made a second family in the process,” Paul said. “I am really going to miss coming to these meetings every Thursday.”
