Students applying for the transition to college program (TCP) must submit their form to their counselor. Forms were given to juniors during their counseling meetings spanning the beginning of January to mid-February.

According to counselor John Moorehead, it is important to look at the counseling module for resources and information.

He said, “You should get the TCP form during the meeting, but if you lose it, there is a copy on the counseling Canvas course.”

Additionally, Moorehead said he emphasizes to juniors that College and Career Center is open for any help regarding future plans and goals.

According to junior Valerie Fu, her counselor meeting helped her understand the things she needs to do to prepare for college applications and senior year.

Fu said she wants to participate in the Transition to College program (TCP) because it would allow her free time to work on college applications.
