The debate team will have their call out on Aug. 31. The meeting will be after school in Room E226.

The call-out meeting will include distribution of forms and discussion of the requirements to be an active member of the team.

Debate team adviser James Ziegler said, “I’m really excited for debate team this year. We always perform really well and I cannot wait to see how the students perform this year.”

The first competition the debate team will participate in will be on Oct. 8 at Brebeuf. Ziegler said, “If you would like to compete at this tournament, your attendance at the call-out meeting is mandatory.”

Roy Chen, debate team member and senior said, “I am really excited for debate team this year. I hope we have a really good turn out.”
