Parking passes for seniors will be issued at the beginning of the fourth nine-week grading period. Seniors that want to have a parking pass must pick up a form in the activities office, according to Assistant Principal Doug Bird.
To qualify to receive a parking pass, seniors must either receive a CLASS award or meet the requirements on the parking pass application. Seniors must have at least a 3.5 GPA and cannot have any D’s or F’s from the third grading period. Students that have already had a parking pass for a nine-week period will not be able to apply for another for this nine weeks, according to Bird.
Senior Ryan Vonderohe has not received a parking pass this year, but wants one for the last nine weeks.
“I think having a parking pass would be great, because it’s nice not having to walk up and down the trail every day,” Vonderohe said.
