The last Comedy Sportz home match will take place on April 13 in the Studio Theater. The past two home meets have been successful for the Comedy Sportz team. The team members won the latest home match was on March 9. They are still preparing and improving for the last home match.
Club sponsor Jim Peterson said, “The visiting team was really funny and put up a good fight (in the last match).”
According to Peterson, the team usually wins the home matches because there is a very supportive home crowd. There is definitely a home field advantage, he said.
Team members are always preparing for the next match, practicing and running through different games and thinking about how they can keep all of the matches entertaining and fun, according to Megan Arrington, team member and sophomore.
