The Mock Trial team has officially finished its season as the state champion. After weeks of work and grueling competition, the team reached the goals it had planned.
Bryan Tinney, Mock Trial member and sophomore, said, “It feels really good that all of our hard work has paid off. All the late nights of studying and practice culminated in this state title.”
Club sponsor Holly Hochstedler said, “I am very proud of all my students. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for each one of them.”
Mock Trial is set to reclaim the state title next year.
According to Tinney, “All of our members are sophomores, so we will have basically the same team next year. I’m pretty sure we can win state again.”
