Chris Forhan, poet and Butler University professor, is coming to speak to the Creative Writing Club on March 11 in Room E148.

According to Jerry Brickley, Creative Writing Club sponsor and English teacher, Forhan will be speaking about his writing process and giving advice to club members. Forhan has four published books: Black Leapt In, The Actual Moon, The Actual Stars and Forgive Us Our Happiness. He specializes in modern and contemporary poetry. Forhan will be available after school until 4 p.m.
Ari Roberts, Creative Writing Club secretary and junior, said, “Our club meetings are always open, especially when a guest speaker comes in because that’s going to be very cool. He could say something to everyone, not just people in the club.”
