Best Buddies club officer Molly Shaffer works on homework during SRT. Shaffer said she loves being part of Best Buddies and is very excited for the upcoming Valentine’s Day party.
The Best Buddies club will be hosting a Valentine’s Day party in the main cafeteria from 3 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 10. Activities will include dancing, games, snacks and more activities.
Club officer Molly Shaffer said the party is always a lot of fun and she is very excited about it. She said the party will promote the club’s mission of inclusivity and will bring members of the club closer together.
Shaffer said, “Everyone does what they want, whether it’s a craft, dancing, singing, eating, playing a game or just hanging out.”
Club sponsor Dana Lawrence said, “The kids love it. It’s always such a great time and everyone has so much fun.”
