Viviane Linos and Darlene Pham, founders and juniors of the Do Something Club, plan on arranging a call-out meeting that is scheduled for either the second week of November or later in the month. Linos said, “Once Mrs. Hadden gets done with the Japanese Exchange or whatever she has going on, we’ll probably start making announcements and get up and running.”
During the weekend, Linos and Pham attempted to call the Carmel City Council but did not successfully reach them; however, they will continue their efforts in contacting the mayor. If they do get in touch with the mayor, they hope to give the Do Something Club support from Carmel and make the club into Carmel’s “liaison group.”
Hadden, unfortunately, has not been able to meet with Linos and Pham since their first meeting to discuss the direction of their club on Oct. 13. However, Linos said, “We will be arranging a meeting with Mrs. Hadden soon to figure out our first project.” By John Du <[email protected]>
