Twilight Club will be discussing the new “New Moon” movie, at their next meeting. They will also “probably” be planning the holiday party, to quote Jamelynn “Jaymo” Callahan, president and creator of the Twilight Club. “We’re gonna talk about the movie, and what we thought about it.” She said.

Overall the reaction to the movie seems to be positive. Callahan said “Everyone that I’ve seen, even my friends who don’t like Twilight or New Moon like it.” At the meeting they will analyze the movie in comparison to the book. “We’re gonna talk about what we thought was amazing comparatively to the book and what we though could’ve been better.”

As for the holiday party, club sponsor Wendy Gerardot said “I think they’ll probably talk about that.” The holiday party is being planned to make up for the fall party, which was cancelled due to lack of people attending. At the party they will watch “Twilight”, relax and possibly play the “New Moon” board game. “There will be Jacob cookies.” Callahan said.

The club meets every Gold Wednesday. Gerardot said that Twilight Club is “just a casual group that gets together.” As for the future, other than the holiday party, Gerardot said that there’s “Nothing big right now.”
