Invisible Children to meet Sept. 27

Invisible Children will meet Sept. 27 after school in E228.  During the meeting, club members will discuss the continuing situation in Uganda and future club activities.

Invisible Children was formed to help raise global awareness of child soldiers in the Central Africa. The club’s main event includes a visit from former Central African child soldiers.

The club also works to provide resources for Layibi Secondary School, CHS’s partner school.

According Alicia Noneman, sponsor of the club,  “(The club) raises money to help build schools to provide an education for (children in Africa).”
