Pinnacle adviser Nicole Wilson will go on maternity leave until early May.
Wilson said the primary goal for her students during second semester is to adjust to her substitute teacher, Laura Moore. Wilson said, “I want my students to get acclimated to Moore, so that way, my students are comfortable with her before I leave.”
According to Wilson, she is also changing her name to Nicole Laughery in January. “For right now, it’s Nicole Wilson until second semester when I change my name to Nicole Laughery and leave until early May.”
Additionally, Wilson said, “The yearbook is not even close (to being finished). It’s about 20 percent done.”
