The main goal for Rotary Interact Club members second semester is to raise money for the international projects the club members will help on, according to sponsor Brenda Lester.
“We haven’t really decided on exactly what kind of fundraising we’ll have, probably some of kind bake sale,” Rotary Interact president and junior Sarah Yun said. “All the money we receive from the fundraisers will go directly to our projects.”
The club members will choose which next international project to focus on at the next meeting on Feb. 23. Members have already completed Soles for Souls, which gives shoes to people in need around the world. By Susie Chen <[email protected]>
