The Senior Class is beginning preparations for the steadily approaching senior breakfast as well as the Class of 2010’s gift to the school.

“The senior Breakfast is held on Class Day, May 25,” Senior Class sponsor Jen Williams said. “Class day is held out at the football stadium and all the seniors have to wear their robes. It is basically a time where the seniors give the school to the juniors.”

According to Williams, the officers have already begun discussing and brainstorming ideas for the breakfast such as what kind of food and catering costs. Many seniors are looking forward to this break in their day.

“I am really looking forward to the senior breakfast at the end of the year,” senior Matt Flaherty said. “It’s a time where you can sit back, relax and enjoy some great food with you friends after a long, hard senior year.”

As for the senior gift, Williams said the officers have started brainstorming ideas too.

“The senior gift is a gift that the Senior Class gives to the school,” she said. “They find something that the school wants or that will be a nice memento that will make the school remember the Class of 2010.” By Ryan Zukerman <[email protected]>
