Call of Duty’s online play has been relatively the same since 2007’s Call of Duty 4, and it is no different with Modern Warfare 3. That is OK however. While the format is the same, the little things have been improved. Hit detection is much better, and it is easier to aim. If you like the Call of Duties of the past, you will love Modern Warfare 3. The multiplayer is much better than Black Ops, and the connection is better too. However, the multiplayer’s customization options changes little from Modern Warfare 2, and I am mildly disappointed with that. I enjoyed Black Ops’ create-an-emblem from scratch method, and I wish the brought that over to Modern Warfare 3. In the end, Modern Warfare 3 is more of the same. What you see is what you get. What you get is a fast paced, action packed bullet-fest that is loads of fun, and will keep you entertained for months to come.
