With this being Kumar’s first year as number-1 singles position, his nerves will play a factor in the championship match. “(I am) a little bit (nervous). But I’m definitely very excited,” Kumar said.
The two day match will begin on Oct. 12 at the Todd Witsken Tennis Center. The final matches will be played at North Central on Oct. 13.
