We found this recipe on POPSUGAR Food’s Youtube Channel, Just Add Sugar. We hope you enjoy this treat along with your Halloween candy.
Total Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Serving Size: As many people as you want. It depends on the amount of chocolate you melt.
Ingredients:
12 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Lollipop Sticks
Pastry Bag
Sprinkles (optional)
Plastic Wrap
Directions:
1) Put the chocolate in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 1 min.
2) Put a large sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface, and also fill the pastry bag with the melted chocolate. After, cut the pastry bag at the very tip. Then, carefully use small and circular strokes to start making your lollipop.
3) Continue circling the pastry bag, until you have the chocolate in a circular shape.
4) Once you have your circular shape, put more chocolate in the bottom of your circle. This will be where you place your stick, so after you do this, place the stick in the spot where you added the chocolate.
5) Continue making the lollipops until your chocolate runs out.
6) You can even make different shapes; it doesn’t just have to be circular. Also, if you want, you can add sprinkles or other sugar decorations on top of the chocolate.
7) Wait 5 min to let the chocolate dry. Then very carefully remove the chocolate lollipop from the plastic wrap. It is better to separate the chocolate and the plastic wrap by carefully pulling the plastic wrap off of the chocolate. If you pull the chocolate off of the plastic wrap, there is a risk of the chocolate breaking.
8) For a display, place the lollipops in a decorative cup or a vase, and then you’re done!
We hope you enjoy it!
