Campfire Creations: Frozen S’more Bars
As the weather is getting cold, you probably want something nice and warm to snack on. And s’mores are just the thing that will warm you up. However, we put a twist on the campfire snack. We made these frozen s’more bars to welcome the cold weather. We found this recipe on POPSUGAR Food’s Just Add Sugar. Even though it’s cold outside, enjoy this tasty treat!

Ingredients:
1 cup Graham Crackers
12 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/8 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
7 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
7 oz cans Marshmallow Fluff
1 cups Marshmallow
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend the graham crackers in to a fine powder. Add the sugar, salt and melted unsalted butter to the graham powder the mix them together.
2. Use the melted butter to coat the pan. Then, pour the graham cracker mix in to the pan. Press down the mix to evenly flatten it. Place this into the oven for 10 min.
3. Melt the chocolate use the double boiler method. If you don’t know how to melt the chocolate, go here.
4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
5. Once the graham cracker mix is done, take it out of the oven, and evenly spread the chocolate on top of the mix. Place this in the refrigerator for 10 min.
6. After 10 min. take the pan out of the refrigerator. Take marshmallow fluff and spread it on top of the chocolate. Once that is done, put small marshmallows on top of the fluff. Put this in the oven for 5 min. or until the top of the s’mores are golden brown. You will have to keep an eye on this, so it doesn’t burn. Once it is done take it out, and let it cool.
7. Put this in the freezer for 1 hr. After take it out, and take it out of the pan.
