Carmel football defeated Penn 54-0 in the 2011 IHSAA State Championship. Carmel finished the season with an overall record of 14-1 and defeated its opponents 618 to 150.
Penn entered the game undefeated, yet it was not able to score against the stellar Carmel defense.
