Welcome to The Free Life!
In January, 2015 I began a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. It took me a while to adjust to not eating foods I loved. However, with my mom’s help, I started finding foods that I could eat that tasted really good. In this blog, I’m going to share different foods that I’ve found in the several months I’ve been doing this diet. While I’m only on the gluten-free and dairy-free diet, I have included peanuts and soy too. This is because I found that many foods that are gluten-free and dairy-free tend to also be soy-free. So while I won’t focus on soy-free foods too much, I’ll still include them. Also, my brother is allergic to all nuts, so therefore none of the foods I put on this blog will have nuts with the exception to almonds and cashews. I hope you find this blog helpful in living the free life!
