On April 1, 2025 in the CHS library, students and senior citizens came together to discuss different prompts relating to the story West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge. “It is so interesting to hear the difference of how senior citizens and high school students comprehend literature,” Eskandar said. “I have learned so much from the people I’ve met in Silverhounds."

Emily Messiha, clarinet player and freshman, chats with a friend about the upcoming band concerts.
