We interviewed students regarding school dances and catalogued the top 10 love songs

Madelaine Yuchang-Bauzon, 12:

The most creative way I have been asked by a boyfriend to a dance was when he made a ballot box that said “PROM” on it, and the only answer choice was a “Yes.” My best high school dance experience was dancing for three hours in Converse. My worst high school dance experience was dancing for three hours in heels. I plan on wearing a beautiful smile to prom. I have known my boyfriend for 2.75 years, and we have been dating for 2.4167 years. My favorite love song is “Lady Marmalade.”

Michael Forbes, 12:

The cutest way I have ever asked my girlfriend to a dance was by making her an obstacle course and leaving a puzzle at the end that, when properly constructed, spelled out “PROM?” My best high school dance experience was going to prom with my girlfriend. My worst high school dance experience was going by myself to homecoming freshman year. I plan on wearing a tux and pink tie to prom. I have known my girlfriend for 2.667 years, and we have been dating for 2.583 years. My favorite love song is something by Taylor Swift.
