Invisible Children (IC) will meet on Oct. 11. The organization is currently helping Northern Uganda by raising money to build schools and shelters for children affected by the war in the area.
According to club sponsor Alicia Noneman, “The (club) leaders gave an overview of what IC was for new members and discussed what is currently going on in Northern Uganda.”
During the Oct. 11 meeting, the club will discuss how to raise money for Uganda and spread awareness of the country’s situation.
