The Accents and Ambassadors, as well as all other choirs in the performing arts department, are making final preparations for the annual holiday choral performance, “Holiday Spectacular.” The shows will be Nov. 30 through Dec. 4 in the Dale E. Graham Auditorium. Ticket prices vary depending on where the seat is located, and can be purchased at the CHS bookstore.
According to choir director Lamonte Kuskye, the seats are filled up to the balcony for almost every show.
“I’m really looking forward to the show,” Kuskye said. “We all are so excited and can’t wait for the performances to start and see the audience’s reaction.”
Ambassador and senior Sarah Walker said the most difficult aspect of performing in “Holiday Spectacular” is memorizing the music and choreography.
“There are always new things to learn or clean and definitely keep us busy. (But) the easiest part is enjoying yourself,” Walker said. “Getting together with your friends and singing cheery songs is what makes ‘Holiday Spectacular’ truly wonderful.”
