According to Jana Cosler, Best Buddies sponsor and English teacher, Best Buddies is in the process of setting up multiple events in the coming three months.
“We’ve got a few plans set up for the near future,” she said. “Right now we’ve tentatively set up dates for an event at a Pacer’s game at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse on March 17 and a Friendship Dance at the school on April 14.”
Craig Maude, club activities officer and junior, said the club is also preparing for the coming Friendship Walk.
“It will be held on April 29 at the White River Park State at nine in the morning,” he said. “Best Buddies across the state has raised over $50,000 for the event so far.”
