According to Brian Spilbeler, WHJE station manager and adviser, WHJE will cover the 5K Walk/run on Saturday Sept. 26. WHJE will also have a booth at Homecoming on Oct. 2 and will cover the football game Oct. 3.
Spilbeler said he also encourages students to check out the radio station’s website, http://www.whje.com.
“The Web site is slowly, but surely coming along,” Spilbeler said. “We give our viewers some content through our in-depth stories, podcasts, video and basic information.”
According to Charlie Neudecker, Web manager and senior, WHJE is continuing to develop its Web site. “We are still working on the Web site. There are now two videos, web streaming, show pages, in-depth (story) pages, audio pages and live music available on our Web site,” he said.
