According to Lawrence Yeh, Breakdancing Club co-president and senior, after members of the club won the People’s Choice Award at the Talent Show, the club is taking it slow for the rest of the semester. Breakdancing Club meets every Tuesday in the Freshman Center performing arts room until 5:30 p.m.
For Katie Thyen, Breakdancing Club member and senior, the club is a welcome addition to this school. “I feel like (Breakdancing Club) adds another dimension to the cultural experience that is Carmel High School,” she said.
Yeh echoes this sentiment. “I think that it’s a great addition to Carmel High School’s extracurriculars because we’re the leading people in the dance field,” Yeh said. By Lauren Burdick <[email protected]>
