Latin Club sponsor Caren Rickett said Latin Club is meeting on March 21. The topic for this meeting is spring in Rome. During the meeting, the club will participate in games and activities related to spring in Rome. The members of this club are participating in the State Latin Convention this Friday so they will also talk about what happened at the competition.
According to Latin club co-president Cat Hart, the club has more meetings planned on April 18, May 2 and May 16. On the meeting in April, it will be discussing Rome’s birthday. On the May 2 meeting, it will talk about how Rome foretold the future with omens and on the May 16 meeting, the club will have a toga party.
