There will be a Teen Library Council (TLC) meeting on Dec. 3 in the Carmel Clay Public Library (CCPL). The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.and finish at 8:30 p.m. Officers must arrive at 6:30 p.m. to prepare.
Hope Baugh, young adult services manager at the CCPL, said the goals of the meeting will be different than those of previous meetings.
“Two things that we want to accomplish are to set up planning groups for the Trivia Café and do Choice Picks,” Baugh said.
The Trivia Café is a program that the TLC will be hosting in spring.
Junior Gloria Xue, TLC member, said she also has goals for the TLC meeting to plan for the Trivia Café.
“I hope to make Trivia Café an experience that exposes the public to the various functions of the library (while) bringing the community together,” Xue said.
