The main cafeteria serves sushi every Friday. The sushi is supplied by Sushi Boss. It costs $6.50.
Sophomore Joanna Zhang purchases sushi every friday. “ I like sushi and when I saw it I was like, I’m going to buy it.” Zhang said.
Amanda Allen,assistant manager in the main cafeteria, said “We have a newer food director, her name is Jennifer McFarland. One of the things she heard a request for was sushi.” So far, the main cafeteria has sold out everyday. The most popular kind of sushi is the avocado roll.
According to Allen, they chose Sushi Boss as their provider because they had the correct amount of sodium, fat, and whole grains.
“We intend to keep it until further notice,” Allen said.
