Spanish Club’s next meeting will take place Dec. 14 in Room B201 “We’re doing another meeting after school with food and something cultural, like watching a film or something related to Navidad,” Elizabeth Sprague, Spanish Club sponsor and teacher, said.
According to Anna Boucher, Spanish club co-president and senior, this meeting will be very casual and fun. “We’ll be decorating cookies and we’ll be watching a Christmas movie just to relax and get ready for the holidays,” Boucher said.
According to Sprague, this will be the last meeting of the year, but there will be more field trips and meetings after winter break. “For this next semester, we’re trying to schedule a salsa dance class for the members of the club,” Boucher said. “I’m looking forward to that and we’re excited to start planning it.”
“I’ve had a lot of fun this year going to places like Barcelona Tapas and trying different foods with other Spanish Club members,” Boucher said “I’m looking forward to spending more time with everyone next year.”
