The meal management class is representing the school’s culinary program at the Taste of the Chamber. The Carmel Chamber of Commerce is hosting this event at the Ritz Charles on Jan. 20 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tickets cost $5 for chamber members or $10 for nonmembers and can be purchased online or at the door.
The Taste of the Chamber is an event where many well-known restaurants in Carmel make some of their best dishes for guests to taste. The class is sending three students to present bite-size caramel brownie cheesecake there.
Department chairperson Brittany Wiseman said, “They have been busy working on the recipe, modifying it, trying to get it just right.”
