Best Buddies to meet during SRT April 27, participate in Friendship Walk April 29

According to Kyle Peeler, Best Buddies president and junior, the club plans to have a chapter meeting during SRT on April 27.

“We have two more chapter meetings for the year. The next one will be on April 27 during both sessions of SRT,” Peeler said.

Peeler also said the club was able to succeed in its goal of raising $2100 for the Best Buddies Friendship Walk, which will take place on April 29.

“Through the money we raised from our Best Buddies dance, we managed to meet the goal we had set for ourselves,” he said. According to Jana Cosler, club sponsor and English teacher, Best Buddies raised $500 more than its original goal.
