The National Honor Society (NHS) will be conducting a shoe drive after fall break.
“Each pair of shoes you donate counts for 30 group minutes, or you can get up to two group hours for donating shoes,” said Michelle Satchwell, head sponsor of NHS.
Shoes should be put in a bag with student’s name on it and turn them into the bin outside the NHS office.
Lauren Fogel, National Honor Society president and senior, said that participating in the shoe drive will be a great opportunity to receive volunteer hours.
