The German Club plans to wrap up the year with a German picnic on May 19 at Cool Creek Park. This event is scheduled to start right after school and last until around 6 p.m. Members interested in attending this event can either pay a fee of $2 or sign up to bring a German dish.
According to Theresa Lipp, German Club president and junior along with playing games at the park and of course eating, members will also have the opportunity to vote for next year’s officers and participate in the senior send off.
Lipp said, “We’ll do something small and nice for the seniors.”
In preparation for this event the German Club is scheduled to have an executive board meeting May 3 to finalize plans for the picnic and decide on what to do for the senior send off.
