On Wednesday, April 18th, WWII veteran Leighton Willhite visited CHS to discuss his involvement with the Battle of Iwo Jima. The event was organized by Will Ellery, IB US History teacher .

The preliminary heats of the trike race occurred on Sept. 28 at the stadium. The finals happened on Sept. 30 at the stadium in front of the entire student body.

Carmel's Homecoming Game was on Friday, Sept. 30. Carmel beat the Ben Davis Giants 40-36 after a furious fourth-quarter comeback.      

As part of its annual tradition, the Carmel Drum Line performed between each class period on Sept. 29 and again at the stadium during the convocation activities.
