On April 1, 2025 in the CHS library, students and senior citizens came together to discuss different prompts relating to the story West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge. “It is so interesting to hear the difference of how senior citizens and high school students comprehend literature,” Eskandar said. “I have learned so much from the people I’ve met in Silverhounds."

Photo Essay: Ghosts and Goblins 5k/2k

The run/walk started on October 22 at 9:00 a.m. Participants were encouraged to dress up in costumes, and every dollar received from the event went towards funding teacher grants in the CCS district.
