With the holidays quickly approaching, Biology Club members nevertheless do not anticipate slowing down their studying habits. “This is the time of the year where it’s the hardest to stay focused, but can’t afford not to be,” member and freshman Luke Obrique said. The club members, including Obrique are staying focused on specific biology material in preparation for the upcoming Biology Olympiad test, scheduled to take place in January. The club usually meets every other blue Monday, beginning with peer collaboration.

r Cindy Radaker said she doesn’t get involved much at club meetings. “They don’t need me to answer every question they have, they look to each other for answers,” Radaker said. “I am impressed with the amount of motivation each one of them has.”
The group returned from Thanksgiving break prepared for upcoming advanced preparation taking place up until the Biology Olympiad test. “We’ve all been working so hard, I believe we all will be successful on the test in January,” Obrique said. No further events have been scheduled.
