The next Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) meeting will take place after school on Oct. 17 in B206, the classroom of sponsor Jeremy Horner.
Ally Week is after fall break. GSA has planned for people to sign a banner to express that they stand with gay rights and that they are allies. Members of GSA will also be selling baked goods.
Morgan Davis, former president and senior, said, “You can just be yourself. The club has also impacted my life because it allows straight allies like myself to understand and learn more about the struggles that people in the LGBT community face and how we can make a difference.”
