Do Something Club to meet March 19

According to James Ziegler, sponsor of the Do Something Club, the club will be having its next meeting on March 19. At the meeting, members will discuss upcoming events, including writing cards for veterans.

“We have a partnership with Indy Honor Flight, an organization that flies veterans to Washington, D.C.,” Ziegler said. “We will make cards for the veterans so that they have them to read when they return home.”

The club also plans to host a “playdate” at the Dayspring Center. They will be making arts and crafts with the children there.

“I am very excited for these upcoming events,” Luisa Perez, vice president of the Do Something Club and senior, said, “And I hope they will sharpen my leadership skills.”
