HOMECOMING RAIN PLAN

•    At 11:00, students competing in the trike races will report to the field house.  All trike race participants will eat “D” lunch before reporting to period 8.   Students in SRT will be able to view the trike races on TV.    (There will be NO faculty or class trike race.)
•    Booths will be set up in the freshmen cafeteria and the main cafeteria.  (There will be a list indicating which booths are in each cafeteria.)  Students running the booths will be allowed to stay in lunches for the entire time to run their booth.
•    The 2 student bands will play in the freshmen cafeteria.  (One band will play A and B lunch.  The second band will play C and D lunch.)  WHJE will play music in the main cafeteria.
•    All students will be able to choose where they want to eat… the freshmen cafeteria is not limited to just freshmen on Friday…
•    Each club sponsor who is coordinating a booth must email attendance with the name(s) of the student(s) who will be running the booth from 11:00-1:23
