Anime Club has two events planned before Christmas Break. There will be a trip to Journey Buffet and a secret Santa party.
Jessica Bachkurinskiy, club president and junior, said she is excited to go to Journey Buffet, which specializes in sushi, prime ribs and seafood. It is scheduled to occur on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Bachkurinskiy personally has eaten there and said she has liked it a lot and “It’s great.” Bachkurinskiy said, “The price is $10 but it’s amazing.”
Tealeigh Hutchens, Anime Club member and freshman, said she is also excited for the trip and hopes she can go. Bachkurinskiy said, “This will be a great trip and anyone interested in Anime Club or just Anime should definitely come out and eat with us at Journey.”
Bachkurinskiy and the Anime Club has also planned a Secret Santa for the Anime Club’s Christmas party. They are still deciding on details of the party. Rita Winters, club sponsor as differed comment to Bachkurinskiy. By James Benedict <[email protected]>

Journey has been cancelled until further notice. We’ve set up a time and day, but the sponsor has been out sick and we couldn’t find any way to contact her. We decided we’re just going to wait until January to do Journey, since it’ll be way too busy around the Holidays.
